No Refund Policy
All press-on nail sets are custom-made specifically for each client based on their selected size, shape, and design preferences. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable. These sets cannot be resold or reused for another client.

Sizing Responsibility
Accurate sizing is extremely important for the perfect fit!
- Clients are responsible for providing correct nail sizes when ordering.
- If you choose not to purchase a sizing kit, you agree to use the tape method properly and at your own responsibility.
- Faylee Nailz is not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the client.
If you want the best fit possible, purchasing a sizing kit is highly recommended!

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped:
- Faylee Nailz is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or mishandled packages.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- If any issues arise with delivery, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

Error Corrections (On My End)
If you provided correct sizing and there is a mistake made on my end, I will absolutely make it right
